How much does it cost?
Most Anchorage homes land between $129 and $349 depending on square footage, traffic-pattern severity, and whether stair runs are included. We give a firm number on the phone — no door-knock upsell.
How fast do carpets dry in winter?
Truck-mount steam extraction pulls about 95% of the moisture out on the spot. Most rooms walk on socks in 3-6 hours, full dry in 8-12 with fans running. We bring the fans.
Do you handle pet stains and odor?
Yes. We treat down to the pad with enzymatic neutralizer, not just surface deodorizer. If urine has soaked the subfloor we'll tell you straight — sometimes the right call is pad replacement.
Will it pull up salt and winter grit?
That's exactly what truck-mount pressure is built for. Anchorage breakup season is our busiest month. Hot-water extraction lifts road salt out of the fiber instead of dissolving it back in.
Do you move furniture?
We move couches, chairs, and light tables. Beds, dressers, and anything on legs stays — we clean around and under where the wand reaches.
